Privacy notice.

INDD Air is a private aviation operator registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The data controller for this site is INDD Air. Inquiries can be directed to info@inddair.com.

We collect only the information you provide through the inquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, departure and arrival locations, travel date, passenger count, aircraft preference, and any notes you choose to share. We do not run customer accounts and do not collect payment information through this site.

We log your IP address briefly for spam-prevention and rate-limiting purposes when you submit the inquiry form. We do not retain server logs beyond what is required for the operation of the service.

The information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and arrange any flight you ultimately request. It is not used for marketing, not sold, and not shared with third parties except as described in section 05.

Inquiry submissions are retained in our operations inbox for as long as needed to respond to and document the request, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. If you would like your inquiry deleted from our records, write to us and we will confirm deletion in writing.

To deliver this site we rely on a small number of service providers, each chosen for its security posture:

• Resend — delivers your inquiry email to our operations inbox.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that submissions come from a human, not a script.
• Plausible Analytics — measures page views in aggregate. Plausible is cookie-free and does not track individual users.
• Vercel — hosts the site.

The service providers above operate globally distributed infrastructure. Information you submit may be processed outside Hong Kong, including in the United States and the European Union. Each provider is contractually bound to handle data securely.

This site does not use cookies for tracking. The analytics provider we use (Plausible) is cookie-free by design. We may set strictly necessary cookies to operate site features such as the spam-check widget; these are not used for tracking.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@inddair.com. We respond within fourteen days.

Depending on where you reside, additional rights may apply under local law (for example, under the Hong Kong PDPO, the EU GDPR, or mainland China’s PIPL). We will honour those rights to the extent they apply.

We will update this notice when our practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
